In this post, I want to share how we, as the brafe.space board, organise our succession. We're keen to make our approach to power and responsibility as transparent as possible, and this is our way of inviting you, as members of our community, to look over our shoulders.

An invitation into your own reflection, wherever you are. Every month this past year, we gathered sometimes ten, sometimes thirty, always enough for brafe Tuesdays. Together, we made space for questions that don’t demand answers but open us instead. We met uncertainty, fatigue, insight, resistance, vision and most importantly each other. Today, we open this practice beyond the Square. This post is an invitation for *you*, wherever you may be reading, to slow down and come in. Whether you’ve joined many Tuesdays or none at all, you’re welcome.

In brafe.space, we start each of our Circle sessions with a format we call a brafe-in which provides us each an opportunity to take various perspectives on our lives reflect on those moments which have felt the most meaningful or significant to us.
