SPACE WITHIN YOURSELF
INNER DEVELOPMENT
Our shared experience is rooted in our Inner Development Program, which helps us create space within ourselves by exploring different perspectives on our own experience — from the somatic and personal to the systemic and relational. When we feel constrained, we turn inward, opening to new ways of seeing ourselves or the challenges we face. This practice replaces control and judgment with curiosity and self-connection.
At the heart of this program are our monthly Circles — small-group gatherings where we explore ourselves, the dynamics of our relationships, and diverse perspectives on our systems and organizations. The program also includes Core Competency Workshops for all members, as well as retreats where we collaborate with teachers to develop philosophies and tools that support our shared process.

THE CIRCLE FORMAT
Circles form the core format of brafe.space. They are self-organized groups of 8-9 members, who engage in a deep exchange once per month, either online or in person. The format invites to reflect deeply, share openly, hold tension and receive perspective on the most pressing challenges in peoples lives.

Circle Hosts
Circle Hosts guide the group’s flow, prepare sessions, and help create a space of trust and openness. They hold the structure so meaningful conversations and connections can unfold naturally. All Circle Hosts are active members of the community.

At brafe.space, we embrace the idea that change emanates from within us and that future-oriented solutions emerge from connectedness—to ourselves and others. Our focus lies in cultivating relational spaces through practices that enhance our ability to embrace diverse viewpoints, explore group dynamics, and engage in co-creation within an evolving context.
