What we do

Our mission is to create space for evolution—a framework for individuals, communities, and organizations to expand their capacities, perspectives, and strategies. This holistic process unfolds across three interconnected areas:

• Inner Development:

  We begin with the self. Entrepreneurs often carry the weight of external expectations and rigid identities, which limits their ability to fully engage with the world. Through inner development practices, participants reflect deeply, exploring their values, emotions, and beliefs. Brafe Circles and other formats provide relational spaces where individuals can connect, share diverse perspectives, and practice navigating complexity with empathy and respect. These spaces are intentionally designed to foster multiperspectivity, enabling participants to hold space for others while cultivating collective intelligence.   Traditional funding models often reduce relationships to transactions, focusing narrowly on short-term gains. The Brafe Funding Approach reimagines the flow of resources as a relational and regenerative process. By prioritizing trust, long-term impact, and relational accountability, we encourage funding practices that align with the holistic values of our space. This approach not only sustains the work of participants but also serves as a model for creating ecosystems where resources are allocated equitably and strategically for systemic transformation.

Why we do it

At its core, brafe.space envisions a world where we can include more of reality in our lives—embracing the nuances of human experience, the diversity of perspectives, and the interconnectedness of all systems. This vision responds to a pressing need: as complexity grows, exclusionary systems fail to adapt, leaving individuals, organizations, and societies ill-equipped to face today’s challenges. Instead they fall back into dangerous exclusion and simplicity - understandably so, as they offer perceived safety through clear structures and short-term gains for few.

Our approach is built on the belief that entrepreneurs are critical change-makers—their work shapes economies, communities, and ecosystems. Yet, without spaces for reflection, relational connection, and sustainable resource practices, they risk burnout, or creating changes that fail to address the root causes of systemic challenges of our times.

How we do it

We provide spaces for reflection, co-creation, and experimentation, guided by principles such as empathy & compassion, multiperspectivity, and a commitment to no outcome. Using tools like the AQAL model, we support participants in engaging across the personal, relational, and systemic levels, creating a feedback loop of growth and integration. Our practices include:

• Core Competency Workshops, to develop self-contact, interpersonal skills and an awareness of oppressive dynamics our systems and we as individuals inherit

• Brafe Circles, for deep exchange and trust-building.

• Brafe Camp and Wisdom Retreats, which immerse participants in transformative experiences that expand consciousness and relational intelligence.

• Brafe Funding Collaborations, which explore regenerative, trust-based funding models that align with the values of transformation, inclusivity and long-term impact.
